Also, if you have a gmail address, please remember that gmail ignores periods (“.”) in emails. That means many people use things like “FirstName.LastName@gmail.com” interchangeably with “FirstNameLastName@gmail.com”. You cannot do that with Lotsa Helping Hands. You must sign-in with the specific email address you registered with (either with periods or without). Please try both if one is not working.
